A jewel directly on the Indian Ocean. In just a few steps you are at the miles of secluded beach - whether you want to enjoy long walks, spectacular sunsets, or just relaxing on the sun loungers after your treatments.
The airy restaurant is oriented towards the sea, here our chefs spoil you with freshly prepared Ayurvedic meals. The fruits and vegetables come mostly from our own organic cultivation.

A cozy lounge above the restaurant invites you to relax and the yoga room regularly hosts classes for beginners to advanced.

Spirit of Life Resort

The Spirit of Life Ayurveda Resort comprises a lush 8000sqm tropical garden with pool and is under German-Singhalese management. 2 simple natural stone cottages and 3 luxurious villas are available as double rooms, as well as a tree house in the treetops of a mango tree for single use and a luxurious apartment for 2 persons.

All rooms are modernly equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and spacious terraces.
